Username not showing under the sender name column in dashboard

HI, i created few forms in visual form builder but in my one paticular form its not showing the Username under the Sender name column and its having all the entries till today and when i edit one of the entry its showing the Username inside the text field but not outside under the sender name column else other forms are showing their username perfectly, plz help thanks.
