Username on Front End

    In you screenshots, the profile headers display the members’ first and last names. However, in my installation, the Username is display instead. I have checked that the “Display name publicly as” field is not set to the username, so not sure how this configured.

    Is there a setting that I am missing? Can you help?

    If firstname or lastname field is missing in the form, in this case only username will be displayed.
    Please create firstname and lastname fields in your form. If you are still having issue in this please create a support ticket here.

    Yes, I do have first_name and last_name fields in my form, but maybe I am missing something. Thanks for your response. I will submit a ticket.
