Username tracking is not working in log

    Hi,
    I am using this plugin but I am not getting “username” field in log section. I am getting User as “Non-member”. As you can see my website need login details to see website.
    Also I am using “Ultimate Member” plugin. Is there any conflict with this plugin.
    Also I am getting user email id some time but very rare.

    Hello @johndoe23292 and sorry for this late reply.

    I just tested on a local installation, with WP 5.7, Download Monitor 4.4.4 and Ultimate Member version 2.1.16, created new user role and new user with the specified role, but it seems that is working as expected. Although, I did have to log out width the created user after the role was set to it. Maybe this was your case also?

    Please let me know if this is still an issue on your side. If issue is still active, please be kind and give the following info :
    – WP version
    – Download Monitor version
    – Ultimate Member version
    – Active theme
    – Active plugins
