    Hello,

I am getting an error when using this plugin that says: Instagram did not return any images. I can put in my own personal IG username @heatherkatedesigns and it gives a nice stream of images. When I put in my client’s username @blessings_suzanne it gives me this error message.

I have cleared the cache on the site, and that did not help. I can bounce back and forth between usernames, and every time mine shows and hers doesn’t.

This leads me to believe that the plugin isn’t coded to handle the underscore in her username. Is there anyway this could be addressed so that I can use this plugin without her having to change her username?

    Thank you,
    Heather

  • Hey, I just checked her Instagram and saw that her account is on private. Did it also happen to be on private when you tried to display her feed? If so, that would explain why her feed isn’t being displayed!

I just happen to pass by, know the code, but not associated with the development team of this plugin.

    Hope this helped!
    Ciao!

That is correct, the Instagram account needs to be public in order for this plugin to work.
