Userrole Worker

  • Hey Takimi,

    first of all, great Template!

    I’m currently using in for a gamerblog which i’m launching in germany.
    Your themes provides me everything i need, its really good.

    I have a small question here which i think is a bug in your template.
    The users with the role “worker” shouldnt see the design option, but with your template a worker user could edit my carzine setting like changing header / footer text or the pictures.

    Is there a workaround for my problem?

    Dear partieboy.
    Carzine works with the default user roles that WordPress creates. “Worker” is a custom user role as far as I understand and that is the reason the users see the design option. However, do you know what the capabilities of this role are?
    I am asking this in order to find a workaround if thats possible.

    sorry i’m from Germany and the name is a bit different then the English name.
    Its actually Contributor in English.

    The capabilities didn’t changed or i didnt modified them.
    I didn’t had any issues regarding the theme, i have just noticed this weird “bug” after i accepted some writers for my blog.

    I’m thankful for any help.
