    Currently only users subscribed to the blog can have a custom name displayed with the request. Public user requests are all shown under the same customizable title.

    In a future version, i do hope to include public user name, email, and/or twitter handle for posting.

    For the time being, you could add a note to the submission form that asks public users to identity themselves with the request, if they so choose. Not ideal, but workable.
