Users

  • Hi,

    Upgraded to 4.4.1,

    Before, I could type in username in box to select a user; it does a search for the user and then selects it.

    Now, not only can I not do this, its now only showing a dropdown box and only admin as a user?

    Appreciate any help ??

    Thanks for posting!

    It would be helpful to get some more information. Where are you performing this action? Is it in the post editor admin screen, or maybe in some other plugin settings page?

    Can you confirm that your users are intact, in the /wp-admin/users.php admin page?

    Does this make sense? If we could get some more info, we should be able to help more.

    Hi,

    I’m using a listing directory theme; where in admin, you add a listing and then assign user to that them to manage content.

    Before upgrading to latest WP, I was able to tap in a few letters into a box over to the right in which WP then automatically searched for the nearest match.

    Currently, it now show a dropdown box where you have to scroll to find the user account?
