Users and tickets go missing

    Hi,

    Whenever I log out of my admin account and then log back in again, my support users and tickets all appear to be missing.

    If I go into Awesome Support settings and click any of the save buttons without actually changing anything, I get logged out and have to log back in again and the users and tickets re-appear.

    This is very strange behaviour.

    Any ideas?

    Indeed very strange behavior. Could you pleas start by deactivating all your other plugins so that we can rule out plugin conflict.

    Hi Julien,

    The issue has mysteriously disappeared now. I suspect my hosting provider was in the process of updating CPanel on my account which was creating problems. I have also had problems with email accounts on the same server, all of which went away at the same time, so I guess problem solved.
