users are been redirected to a wrong lesson aften doing a quiz

after update lifterLMS to version 3.16.13, shared quizzez on previous version are now taking to a wrong lesson.

Example: If we had the same quiz in lesson1 assigned to Course1 and Course2, now when a user do the quiz on Course2 at the end is directed to lesson2 on Course1, not on Course2 as it should be.
