    Something was wrong with the captcha generator (maybe an issue with your PHP-GD library), if you disable it everything works. 3 users were created for testing purpose.

    If you have any doubt please do not hesitate to ask us again.

    BTW, redirect after login doesn’t work because this feature doesn’t exist. If you want we can code it for you.
