users are showing offline

Hi @mrg14071972,

This could be that the logged in users are idle and do not have any activity since the plugin is installed. What shows in ‘Last Login’ – Never or some minutes, hours ago?

@mrg14071972 – Thanks for the details. Right now am not sure what happened. Might be a conflict with the plugins running in the users’ area. If you’d like to test for conflict here’s a great tutorial: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-test-for-theme-or-plugin-conflicts/ or show me the list of activated plugins.

i deactivate all and nothing again , all users is offline !
