  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Thanks for your comments,
I know this is happening with my plugin, but don’t want to remove this plugin.
Basically, I am using a paid theme and the plugin is given by them, so unable to deactivate it. After activating this plugin user are unable to publish their their post, they are saved in draft not publish. Please help me.

I’m sorry but there is no magic bullet in these situations. This is just the start of basic troubleshooting – a process of elimination deliberately designed to locate the root cause as quickly as possible by first removing the most obvious and common culprits via a series of (often) temporary steps.

Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.

I know I have to go in the plugin and find an error, but don’t know what can be the possible problems. Please suggest me something, that help me to find a reason, please.

You need to carry out the steps above. If you cannot – or will not – do that, then we cannot really help you.
