Hello @silviotiago,
I’ve analyzed requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Sometimes some visitor’s parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This may cause false positives.
I have temporarily changed the filtering settings in our cloud for your site. There should be no more false positives, but it will also increase the chance of spam skipping. The changes will take effect within an hour.
Please do the following:
- WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On” → Save Changes.
- Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
- Clear all the cache on your website.
After that, observe your Anti-Spam logs: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests. Are there no false positives? In any case, write to us.
