Users can upload zip files

    I’m looking for a plugin which can help me create forms. I want an email field and an upload field (using which users can upload zip files) in the form. Please suggest a plugin.

    I found a plugin cformsII that does the job pretty well…..if anyone can suggest some other plugin please tell
