Users cannot confirm registration emails on mobile

    Hi,

    I detected an issue that users cannot register on our website via mobile devices with activated plugins Ultimate Member (version 2.1.15) and Cache Enabler (version 1.6.2).
    Wordpress version is latest 5.6.1.
    The only option seems to be disabling Cache Enabler and have a worst performance.
    Is it a known bug and can you improve it in next versions?
    Does anyone else have this problem?
