Users cannot edit Profie Fields they left incomplete

    I created a number of custom fields for the profile page of each users. Upon registration, they have the option to complete them. However, it seems that these custom fields are not added to the USER Profile in the back end, AND if they are not filled in at the time of registration that NO one, neither the USER nor the Admin can complete them, since they appear no where again in the front end or the back end. is this a bug?

    Hello @fraughtithrouble,

    ProfileGrid works based on the group structure. User can edit the custom profile fields of a group only if he/she is member of that group. It displays the custom fields of a group to edit in dashboard only if user is member of that group.

    Please make sure the user is member of a group for which you want to edit the profile fields.
