    Hi, just installed new version of your plugin, but I have a major issue: users cannot access none of their profile or account pages ate the lik partecipant/user or partecipant/user/account/ or partecipant/user/subscription.
    Display message: You do not have permission to view this page.

    It is working only for admin.

    Any idea? Thank you

    Seems the the plugin doesn’t syncronize users registered before plugin installation/activation, you need to manually flag them as registered in the Forum Profile Fields – wpForo section of the main wordpress user profile page.
    This solved my problem. Is this the standard behavior?

    @uomopalese,
    that can be done with Update User Profiles Option, from Dashboard > wpForo > Overview > General Maintenance field.

    Hi, that didn’t work for me. I have woocommerce and WC Vendors plugins installed, ande users have multiple roles (eg.: vendor, partecipant) and the sync doesn’t work. I have to flag manually the “registered” checkbox.

    @uomopalese,
    In the red, is the user’s main usergroup, which is synch with WordPress user roles.
    In the blue, is the secondary usergroup for the user,

    @uomopalese,
    Please make sure the number of members and users are the same in Dashboard > wpForo > Members and in Dashboard > Users admin pages.

    Then go to wpForo > Overview admin page and click [Synch User Profiles] then [Delete Users Cache] button.

    Also, go to wpForo > Tools > Database Tables Tab and make sure there is no database errors.

    Hi there,

    Running WpForo 2.0.9. I looked at your screenshot above.
    I don’t even have a secondary user group myself (please see attached screenshot).

    My users can’t subscribe to a topic and don’t have access to https://www.formationairammontessori.com/participant/username/subscriptions/ page. They got an error message: “you’re not allowed to view this page”.

    I ran the sync process to no avail.

    Could you point me to the right parameter please?

    Thanks a lot.

    @brunoairam,
    Please move your question to wpForo Support Forum and provide some information about the issue.
