    Currently I see no ways how a Support User could change the priority of the ticket after it has been created. Only Agents change priorities afterwards.

    Would it be possible for users to change priorities of existing tickets?

    Hi @rubidze,

    Unfortunately, there is no a way that support users can change the priority on the front end once the ticket is submitted, but they can ask for changing the priority and the agent can proceed with the change.

    This is definitely a good option/functionality to implement in future releases.
