Users can’t change their photos

    Hello,
    1- Whenever a user wants to change his photo he just can’t do that, it seems like it’s a problem with the labels, the problem comes when I use vertical header in my theme. So is there a way to disable labels.

    2- In the backened > register tab, if the language is Arabic it just shows codes instead of the fields names. Pic is attached.
