    Hello,

    as of today our users can no longer log in. We haven’t changed anything and are using version 3.6.9.

    When a user tries to log in, they only see “Error: The username or password entered is incorrect”.

    If I use the “Test Authentication” function in the backend with the same (or a different, normally working user), it is successful.

    Is there anything we can do?
