Users Can’t Login

    Hi there,

    We currently have an online training site which is built using woocommerce and allows people to access the courses via LearnDash LMS. Recently our customers have been unable to login and I was wondering how to resolve this? I can login perfectly fine on my work pc, but if I try on a device outside the company, a pop-up appears saying ‘Incorrect username or password’

    Troubelshooting for your costumer. Does your costumer(s) copy and paste or insert manually their password? Also, is their capslock active? Are they even users created by them? How are there settings with cookies?

    In the end, you can always reset and re-send the new passwords towards your costumer in the back-end, per user. A new password will sent to the registered e-mailadress.
