    Hi!

I was running some tests and users can create an account and immediately log in as expected. However, when I log out and try to log in again, the following login error appears: https://snipboard.io/6BxVfZ.jpg

It says: Pending account. Your account isn’t active. An administrator must activate your account before you can access.

The URL also changes to: https://seosemas.com/iniciar-sesion/?loginerror=PHN0cm9uZz5U…..%3D&_wpnonce=765e806dc4&request_form_location=page

I have already tried to deactivate any account creation confirmation, deactivate and reactivate the plugin, and ensure the settings in Paid Member Subscriptions don’t overlap.

    The shortcode I’m using is: [wppb-login redirect_url=”https://seosemas.com/cuenta/”%5D

It’s as if somehow your premium option to approve new account registrations is activated, but I obviously don’t have access to them because I’m using the free version.

My other plugins don’t have anything to do with this functionality, so I don’t think the issue comes from there.

Please help me since it’s a crucial functionality. Maybe I’m overlooking something.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @rairt,

I’ve tried to register on your site, but after the registration, I got the message “You are not allowed to do this”. When this message appears (“You are not allowed to do this”), most likely the issue is caused by having a caching plugin enabled. You will probably be able to solve both issues by excluding all the pages created with our shortcodes ( [wppb-register], [wppb-login], etc.) from the cache.

    Best regards,

    Thank you for your reply!

I did what you said and a quick test, and I still experiencing the same issue. However, I will deepen more on it and get back to you ??

Please don’t mark it as resolved just yet.

    Hi again @alexandrubodea,

I have solved the issue. It was an overlaping instruction from my security plugin.

Thanks for your support and sorry for the confusion!
