    hi, first of all: thanks! this is a wonderful interface and intuitive workflow for supporting my clients!

    Let’s talk about the issue.. I’m experiencing a strange behaviour as I’m trying to register with a testing email but after submitting the register form I do not recieve any email confirmation or such and the user registered actually is not in the wordpress users list! how can be this possible?if i create a wordpress user and assign to it the support user role i can easily login so i don’t know really how to fix that problem, can you help me?

    I tried resgistering and had the same issue. this is not a bug in the system, but likely some configuration on your site is preventing the signup process.

    1. ensure the REST API is active, this is required for uCare to work
    2. try de-activating all plugins, test registration. if it works, then one of your plugins is the cause. Activate your plugins one at a time to figure out which one is the cause. My guess might be the social login plugin you have. but it could be anything.

    If neither of those things, we can do hands-on support on your site (for a fee). but first start with these and you might be able to resolve it yourself.

    I executed all the steps you mentioned but got no effects, so i did a rollback to the previous version and now the register form works fine, so actually there’s something wrong with the actual version!
