Users can't renew

  • Had to take an existing site, that used another membership program. Go back from start with a clean database, just posts, pages and menus etc.
    Added this and manually set each user to their level. Now a user level is expired and she cannot renew, it took her back to vistor status. she says the system is making her start a whole new account with different email. how can this be fixed?

    still havent got an update maybe i should of went back to the other membership plugin this is a bunch of bull and waste of time and loss of money and members
