    Getting a message

“Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”

They can only enter their email address, they get a link sent to them, then the same error as above.

I have my login page hidden for security, so am not sure what pages or which URI’s I should be excluding from cache. Is there a guide somewhere with common pages to exclude?

I contacted my host for help, they said the problem is because of caching. I’ve disabled the login page from being cached. Also excluded some URIs that are used when resettting password, but still getting this message about invalid key for reset.

Hi @audiomonk, could you please provide?your Report Number, found in?WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report. Also, can you share the URI of the password reset path?

    Sorry for the late reply.

I found the problem and it wasn’t related to Litespeed.

For some reason the emails that people were getting had extra characters in the link back to the site, giving an invalid link. Still haven’t found out what is adding the extra characters.

Thanks for the update! I hope you find the culprit soon.
