Users can’t see updated bid info

  • Hey,

    the plugin is working great, and I love it except for one problem.
    When I make a bid it doesn’t update the bid info It just stays the same as it was when the page first loaded.

    please tell me there is a way to fix this.

    Hi Steven,

    When someone places bid, then the page refreshes automatically which ensures to update bid info too. Is page refresh not happening?

    No, and even when You refresh it manually it still doesn’t update the bid.
    It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to update to the right bid.

    I have a test item on my site right now you can test it and see.

    I’m having the same problem. Has this been fixed?

    Never mind… I fixed it. Just turn of caching for the page where your Auction is active. It’s a caching issue.
