Users Changing their own Username

When I go this plugin’s settings, there is a section to allow certain roles to change their own username. I have Contributor, Subscriber, Customer, Admin, Editor, and Author selected, but I can’t figure out how those marked as “Subscriber” and “Customer” are supposed to change their usernames. 98% of our users are in these 2 categories.

Please help!
