    Hello,

    Are you running a caching plugin on your website? Which version of wp-gdpr are you running and what theme are you using?

    I don’t use a caching plugin. I use version Versie: 1.5.7. The theme is Responsive Pro 2.0

    Could you disable all plugins (except WP-GDPR ) and see if this fixes the issue?
    Im noticing the following javascript error on your website :
    Request header field X-Requested-With is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.

    I will not disable all plugins (security, spam, etc). For me, this is not an option.

    Do you have a staging environment where you can test this?
    Or are you able to try it for the plugins that are not security/spam/necessary? You can put your site in quick maintenance mode to do this so your visitors dont get errors.

    Hi Kevinume,
    I de-activated several plugins and tested it. Now it works!
