Users don't receive email confirmation

I’m aware of an issue in the version you are using and am in the process of testing a fix with the hope of releasing a new version this week.

I am having the same problem. Users with gmail accounts are receiving the confirmation email, but users with Outlook accounts never receive it. Is there a fix?
