Users for my forum

I know I can add new users from WordPress panel, can these users post to the forum (addded through a plugin)?

Hi @ciscoluna,
There is no any difference where the user is registered. The permissions to post topics and posts come from his/her usergroup. New users get default “Registered” usergroup, which has Standard forum access and can post topics and posts.
