Users gets deleted account email

  • Greeting Team,
    Whenever I use settings for newly approved users under Ultimate members -> User roles -> Registration status as require admin review then users gets email of deleted account and then pending review email. that should be not the case. users after registration should only get pending account email and only get deleted account email whenever their account is removed from account. This is urgent please guide.

    I dont think this will be of any help as it is just triggering wrong email. theme is not conflicting or any other plugin. plus there are not such anything related to this issue. yet here is the install info of plugin.

    Just for information. rest emails are working fine. its account deletion email that is wrongly triggering at the time of user registration along with account pending review email.

    Yes I understand and I posted steps for you to isolate the error.
    This issue is not known to be anywhere at the moment so there is no quick fix available.
