    This error will appear if you are submitting identical entries within 5 minutes of each other.

    Is that the case with this error? If not, could you create a new topic in our Help Desk:

    And attach a screenshot of your form’s Settings tab?

    It’s happening only with a single submission. I will open the ticket in the help desk. Thank you!
