Users getting too many people accessing the restricted area

  • Hello I have had an email from a customer who has had a “too many people trying to access the restricted area” message when logging in all week.
    Any ideas what would cause these?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    In this case, that would most likely mean that there is just too much traffic to the section where he has the restrictions in place. Perhaps what you could do is track where this traffic is originating from.
