users guide not acurate

  • users guide not acurate neither clear for the wordpress plugin.

    The stand alone version is GREAT. Installation easy and simple. Results like Google analytics but without Google ??

    I give 5 stars not for the plugin but the stand alone version.

    edit: some reviews look suspicious. I wondering who have a “small and medium traffic websites” ? What kind a website is it ?

    @jeanduez do you mind letting us know which user guide was not clear? We’re updating our guides every week based on feedback where something isn’t clear and create new guides and FAQs when new questions come up. Would love to hear so we can tweak it. Also we’re always happy to answer questions in the support threads.

    Sorry tsteur, I have removed the plugin and I dont remenber what part of the guide was not corresponding with the reality.
    Maybe I ‘ll give an other try in the futur.

    Also I am currently trying the stand alone version and it look easier. I dont need the guide.
