Users List says “No users were found matching your selection.”

    For some reason when I go to the page where I have the User List displayed instead of showing the list it gives the error “No users were found matching your selection.”

    Once you click the “Sort By” and make a selection, then the list shows up. So its there, just not showing by default.

    I’ve tried using both the widget and the shortcode, same results with both.

    Any idea how I can fix this?

    Can you please go to UsersWP->Form Builder->User Sorting and set one of the custom field on right side as a default field and check if it resolves the issue or not?

    Hi Patrik! Thanks for your response.

    Yes, I have it set with “Older” as the default already. I think it was working fine before the most recent update.

    I just tried clearing the cache, no change. Your site makes it seem like you only support paying customers, can I submit a ticket for free?

    The support on our site is for both paid and free users. You will just have to register on site to get support.
