Users List Users no longer working

  • This worked for us until recently. Now, when this user logs in, she no loner can see the list of Users. Was there a bug in a recent update (we have 4.27.1)? We have not upgraded because we did, and had some issues so we had to revert (pr our host, Anchor Host) https://www.screencast.com/t/6PtlQ9DWF

    Nothing was change in relation to ‘list_users’ capability.
    Did you tried to deactivate all plugins and re-check user access? Some other plugin may be a reason of the problem.
