users not able to login

  • I used your plugin to import users into a teaching platform. It uses the plugings Eduma and learnpress. The odd thing is that none of the users are able to login. It look s like they are all imported correct. Their username, email etc are all shown correctly and when I resend (with plugin: resend welcome email) them a welcome email to reset their password they receive the email. They can reset the password but when that is done They can’t login. I tried adding the users the manual way and for those everything works fine. Is there something i missed or did wrong?

    @elsmetso,

    This is really strange. Maybe some of your plugins are creating some kind of “approved user” and this is not being fired when our plugin works but this is working in the normal register user.

    Do you know something about it?
