Users not added to buddypress group

Hi we have an issue in that if a user is added to a learndash group and therefore has course access, they see “REQUEST ENROLMENT” on the buddypress group (grid layout) and cannot see forums/etc until manually added to each buddypress group in the backend.

We need a fix for this so that if a user is added to the Learndash group they get added to the Buddy group for that course automatically.

We would also like to know if it is possible to disable “REQUEST ENROLMENT” and make all courses open for all users? We note we cannot change the BP groups to PUBLIC as it reverts back to PRIVATE.
