    Hi,

    Can you please help me? I’m having to manually assign users the level that they purchased after registration. They are not automatically being assigned the level they paid for. What can I do to remedy this?

    Hi @jurocks,

    I think I figured out my problem. It was that my Paypal email address was not verified/confirmed. So the payments were not fully processing. Once I confirmed the address and the payments started processing, the membership levels were then assigned automatically and the members were then able to access their account page. If you’re using Paypal, check that first.
