Users not being redirected

  • Hi,

    For some reason, users who place orders are not being redirected to the thank you page upon placing an order/payment received.

    Could you please let me diagnose the issue?

    Hi there,

    If you switch to a default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH Custom Thank You Page for Woocommerce, does the issue persists?
    Let me know.

    i have the same problem with codeless-june theme. All other Yith products working fine but thank you page doesn’t appears after check out.

    Hi there,
    Please try to use a default theme like a “Tweenty” and check if the issue persist.
    Also please,could you send me some screenshot of your plugin configuration?

    I tried Twenty Nineteen but the same thing happened. I created a new page and put it in ‘Select the General Page’
