Users not Importing

    Hi,

    I have used this plugin before and it has worked fine. However, this time I went to use it nothing is getting imported. I am using version 1.10.9.1

    My CSV is comma delimited with the following fields
    Username, email, user_password
    This is what I have used for importing initially about 5000 users, so I know it works.

    I have also uninstalled then re-installed the plugin, but still not working.

    This is what it shows after I import through a CSV

    Importing users
    Ready to registers

    First row represents the form of sheet
    Inserting and updating data
    Row Username email user_password

    Process finished you can go here to see results

    @ahau,

    Maybe the CSV is bad formed.

    Could you open it with LibreOffice, saved it as CSV again and try again?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I saved the CSV as an xls then used an online converter to convert to csv and tried that – still the same thing.

    I then imported the csv into mysql – that worked fine, then exported from mysql as a csv and tried that – no luck with that one either as I am still getting the same thing.

    Any other ideas I can try? ??

    Could you share the CSV with some row?

    I don’t need it complete.

    I have figured it out – I was trying to import a csv of users that had already been imported – once I realised that and tried a new one it worked.

    I thought we got a message that the record was already in the database, but I may have been dreaming I saw that when I did the bulk import.

    Ah I have to improve it.

    There is a message but when you are updating, maybe you choose to not update it.
