Users not registered on the site cannot evaluate the product

It is probably a general setting on your WordPress site that is not managed by our plugin.

Please check ‘Discussion’ page in the standard WordPress settings. There is an option ‘Users must be registered and logged in to comment’ there.

I already looked at that session and that option was unchecked, I checked and unchecked and nothing happens ??
