Users Not Showing From Countries on Country Filter

Hi @areabmian,

Do you have other filters enabled?
Try to test this issue with one country filter.
Make sure that your country field is the same field selected in the filter.
If your users do not have any information in the country filed the filter won’t work.

You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. This doc explains how to do a conflict test.

Hey, @ultimatemembersupport team thank you for getting back to me.

I did try both things

1. deactivated all plugins other than ultimate member and went back to the default Twenty Twenty Theme. The problem still remains

2. I removed all filter(s) meta in my case I am using two custom fields, both have dropdown number select options, other then country still the problem remains. I am not using any other custom field for the country only the provided by the ultimate form, I know there are values put in because right now only two countries show up as those are what I selected when filling our data for test profiles.

Hey @missmikado I was able to resolve this issue by going to UM > Settings > Misc > [Uncheck] Enable custom table for usermeta

For some reason, this resolved the issue for me. This might be because I created new fields in the form and they did not get added to the custom table.
