Users other than ADMIN unable to edit the galleries

Hello, any news on this? If it’s an issue that can’t be fixed, just let me know. I have the client whose website I created waiting for me to hand it over. I need to know whether to use a different gallery plugin or not (and if so, recreate the galleries again for that website)
