Users profile not showing in plugin home page

    Hello, please I need help with users profile interface. on my test accounts I created three users account and uploaded profile photos but if I visit the profile section the following message will appear (You should complete your profile and add a photo to send message) and if I clicked on the plugin home page I will see my profile only. Please how can I resolve these issues? Thank you.

  • Maybe you need to add over 40 characters to the descriptions and a headline before they show up.

    Hello Marisa, thank you for your response, can you please let me understand clearly is it on rencontre > general tab that I will write the description and headline? If not on which section of the plugin please?. The message that appears on users profile saying (You should complete your profile and add a photo to send message) is not showing again, but I didn’t see the other users that I added see screenshot below how it looked like click here.
