Users redirected to Dashboard after authenticating

Thank you for trying our plugin.

By default, the users are redirected to the page from where they launched the wizard to set up 2FA. However, you can configure the setting Redirect users after 2FA setup to to specify a URL where users are redirected once they set up 2FA.

Can you please try using that setting and advise if this solves the issue? If it does not, most probably you have something else, such as the theme, that might be “interfering” with these redirects. So if it does not work can you please send us ethe System Information file at support at wpwhitesecurity dot com so we can get a better understanding of your setup?

You can get the system information file from the System Info tab in the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin.

Hi Robert,

The redirect after set up is working fine. My problem is with the redirect after the user authenticates with their code. The user is redirected to wp-admin instead of the page I set up on the settings page.

May I know how to fix those issue. So I need to redirect user to front end home page after submission of authentication code as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOu4ZLNB).

Also plugin doesn’t force the user to configure 2fa having status ‘Required but not configured’ as per screenshot (https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuz4OQ7)
