Users reporting Virus/Trojan

Some PC users are reporting their AV programs throwing up a security alert at:

https://www.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk/home

Plenty of others aren’t getting anything at all. I’m on a Mac so can’t check it right now. At the weekend, I scanned the site with various tools which reported site clean.

Then I downloaded Avast and all my site files and scanned them directly. This picked up two PHP files and I went through and cleared all those and other traces where I could see them.

But I’m still getting reports and can’t find any more rogue files. If you get a warning at URL above, is it any specific infection that I can find a remedy for?
