Users see prices ex vat?

    The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t control the display of prices. That is handled by WooCommerce, or by some other plugin installed on the site.

    Perhaps the Admins have in their profile/session a country to which VAT applies, while other users do not, and WooCommerce, or another plugin, show the prices accordingly. It’s a speculation, but it’s worth checking. The EU VAT Assistant is unrelated to this behaviour, in any case.

    I found out
    woocommerce>settings>tax set Calculate tax based on Shop Base Address.

    It was set on customer shipping address so non logged in users will show prices ex vat.
