    Just noticed, that 7 days ago, on 15th of this month, I got literally no one subscribed, or transferred from OneSignal, and I couldn’t find out why.

    Everything else works, anyone subscribed before that day is receiving notifications.
    But no new users are being subscribed, which is weird, because I am using OneSignal manual notification posting to transfer as much as I can, and it worked, around 140K subs.

    I’ve just tried to subscribe from Firefox, and I am nowhere in the database…
    Log works, sending works, but no new users are added to the database.
    Tried deactivating and reactivating, didn’t help.

    When I subscribe, nothing pops up as welcome notifications, but I see service worker in my browser. Nothing in logs, no errors shown.

    Now, I’ve figured what the issues is while I was writing this message in a separate tab, so you might want to test it and fix it.

    I am using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.42 on VULTR servers, with nginx/apache configuration. If I use nginx as proxy, everything works fine. If I turn off proxy mode for nginx, new users are not being collected and written down in database.

    No idea why this happens.

    Hi, that sounds like an issue with the file extensions allowed in the proxy, so you might want to check that the .js.php extension is allowed in both proxies. If you can share the public website we can help you troubleshooting as end users. Otherwise please enable the JS debugging and open the Developer console in Chrome when you subscribe. You should see when you subscribe what your server actually responds and the details you need to fix it.

    Well, this is what I’ve found to be a solution, even though I still have no clue what is the problem. But it is fixing my/this problem 100%.

    location /wp-json/ {
    try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php;
    }

    But I would still like solution from the plugin ??

    Then that is related to the Custom REST Url parameter in Settings. Please read: https://docs.perfecty.org/wp/configuration/#6-self-hosted-server
