Users that renew subscriptions are still receiving a subscription expired email

  • Users are still getting sub expired emails after I manually go in and adjust the expiritation date to the following year. This is done manually because the payment method is manual/offline.

    Hi @figuerascreative,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please provide a screenshot from the email log that was used to see that the Expiration emails were being sent? I’m interested in seeing the date and time on which the Expiration email was sent as well as the Subject of the email.
    3. Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs.

      Please do steps 2 and 3 for at least 2 users.

    Thank you for replaying and apologies for not answering earlier, but the issue is still present. I should have mentioned ealier that all users register through a Profile Builder form. With that said, I have over 25 plugins installed and active, one of them being BNFW with a couple of Add-ons. I can confirm that I do not have any notification regarding plan or sub coming out of that plugin. Looking at the emails they are receiving in error and I can confirm the emails are sent from Paid Member Subscription and not Profile Builder.
